Add-in function: USER registration and SeF authentication

The user can register any program in the menu as an add-in function.

◆ User command (free registration)
Executable files created in any program language can be registered in the menu.
Sample exe: Layer registration, library registration, base part creation, etc.

◆ SeF encryption and execution authentication
It is possible to encrypt the SeF program created by the user and set the license authentication.
Authenticated programs can be distributed to other users.
